MATERIAL_SELECTION

No compromise on fabric. Each material is tested in real conditions — movement, weather, duration. If it doesn't hold, it doesn't ship. Function defines the palette, not aesthetics.

PROTOTYPE_ITERATION

The first version is never released. Each prototype is worn, stressed, adjusted. Minimum three iterations before a cut is finalized. Perfection is not the goal — precision is.

Limited runs. Intentional scarcity. Each drop is numbered, each unit traceable. When the run ends — it ends. No restocks, no compromises.
